Dear ones, blessed of the Lord,  my brethren in Christ Jesus our Lord.  Once again the Shepherd is calling me to come follow Him.  I know this is a call that is going out to all who would hear.  I have procrastinated in anguished prayer over this.  Even now my heart is heavy with such love for the brethren, and all who come seeking Him whom my soul adores.

 

I so long for the joyous fellowship that will soon will be ours before our blessed Lord.  For the silence that speaks louder than words, of faith and peace and love.  To hear the songs of praise that come from the Spirit and fill heavenly places with  "glory, glory, glory to our Lord most high"

 

Lift your heads beloved,  "Breathe"  He is the life and light of your soul.  He alone is our God.  One day, and soon, we will lay down in green pastures, and partake of still waters in Him.  Rejoice, and again I say rejoice, for ours is the Kingdom, forever and ever,  Amen

BY THE MEASURE OF HIS HAND

Have you ever measured the size of your feet with someone else, or the size of your hand against another's? Vanity will do that, but that's not what I'm talking about.
 
Sometimes when we want to do things we see the Lord doing, we measure our feet against His, or we measure our hand against His, and have to admit that we haven't grown into His shoes, or can handle what only His hand can control.

Actually, for me, it's more the other way around. I may take off bare footed to do something I'm sure the Lord would have me do. But I don't get far before I run head long into His nail scared feet. I'm also guilty of putting my hands into His workmanship thinking, "surely He needs my help," and then His nail scared hand appears next to mine so that I can see the Measure of it, to remind me who's doing the work.

Sometimes, like tonight, I want so badly to share with you of His immeasurable love, but only He can reveal it to your heart and mind. There's nothing that I can say that will convey His Love in a way that will penetrate the heart like His Holy Spirit can.
So when we walk, talk, or handle the things of God's Spirit Word, it is vitally important to be equipped, ready and fully prepared, to do His bidding. To come and to go, to speak and be silent, to lay our hands to the tasks He assigns us. Any zeal without knowledge, any works without faith, any mission without a calling, has not measured God's hand to the task first.
He is the power and the might of our calling. He is the Spirit Word that speaks Life and Light, Strength and witness to the One being revealed as the source of the message, the source of the work. This I know___by the measure of His Hand.

"LORD SHOW US YOUR GLORY!" HAVE YOU EVER ASKED THAT OF THE LORD? "LORD SHOW ME YOUR GLORY!"
WHEN WE SHOUT GLORY, WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO US? IS THE GLORY IN THE WORD OR IN THE SPIRIT OF THE WORD? CAN ONE EXIST APART FROM THE OTHER?
THE LORD'S REVELATION IS THAT HIS WORD DEALS WITH US ON A DIFFERENT LEVEL THAN THE THINGS OF THE SPIRIT WHICH OPERATE IN A DIFFERENT REALM THAN THE WORD, THOUGH THEY ARE ONE.
IN THESE LAST DAYS, MY BELOVED, CHRIST WOULD HAVE US WEANED FROM THE MILK OF THE WORD AND BEGIN TO EAT THE MEAT OF IT.
THE WRITTEN WORD GUIDES US IN OUR EVERYDAY LIVING. IT GOVERNS OUR MORAL LIVING AND AFFAIRS WITH THE LAWS AND PRECEPTS OF GOD'S RIGHTEOUSNESS WITH DOCTRINE, AND REPROOF. WE ARE SHOWN THE WAY IN WHICH WE ARE TO WALK, AND WHO WE ARE TO WALK WITH ALONG THE WAY.
IT IS THE SPIRIT THAT DRAWS US BY THE WORD INTO THE REALMS OF THE SUPERNATURAL (GOD'S SPIRIT). HE IS INFINITE SPIRIT.
I CAN ONLY SPEAK FOR MYSELF OF HOW I HAVE AND DO HOLD BACK IN WONDER AND SHAMEFUL DISBELIEF AT TIMES. I HAVE HAD MANY EXPERIENCES WHERE THE CLERGY AND WELL MEANING FRIENDS HAVE MADE ME AFRAID THAT I WAS HEARING OR EXPERIENCING FAMILIAR SPIRITS THAT WERE COUNTERFEITING THE VOICE OF GOD, AND THAT I WAS BEING DRAWN INTO WITCHCRAFT.___THAT FEAR HAS COME TO PROCEEDED ALL THAT I SAY OR DO. IN THAT ONE THING I FEAR GOD THE MOST___TO PRESUME TO SPEAK FOR HIM, OR TO TEACH ANY MAN ANYTHING.
I THINK OF THE TIMES THE LORD HAS INVITED ME TO MOVE OUT INTO THE DIMENSIONS OF THE INFINITE BY FAITH, AND I WOULD NOT, BECAUSE OF FEAR.
YET DOES MY HEART OF HEARTS CRY OUT, "SHOW ME YOUR GLORY LORD."
I'VE STOOD ON TIP TOES BANGING ON THE DOOR, I PUUUUUUUUSHED FOR IT TO OPEN___"JESUS! JESUS!___IT'S ME, JOY, OPEN THE DOOR!"
WHAT HAS AND BECOMES SO OBSCURE, BECAUSE OF UNBELIEF___ IS THE BRIGHTNESS OF HIS COMING.
HIS SPIRIT WHICH GIVES US LIBERTY TO MOVE OUT AND INTO HIS MEASURELESS REALMS OF GLORY, IS COME, MY BELOVEDS.
MORE THAN EVER IN MY LIFE, I HAVE COME TO THE QUESTION, "HAVE I TRULY KNOWN HIM?"
ALL OF WHAT I AM IS MOSTLY OF WHAT I HAVE READ, (HEAD KNOWLEDGE). OR WHAT I HAVE BEEN TAUGHT, AND MY LIMITED COMPREHENSION HAS RECEIVED AS TRUTH. BUT THIS I KNOW, THE BEST OF HUMAN SOURCES CANNOT REVEAL CHRIST. THEY ARE ONLY A MEANS OF KEEPING THE DEAD FLESH ALIVE, UNTIL SPIRIT COMES.
I HAVE BEEN PREGNANT WITH THE WORD, AND FEEL THE PAINS OF BIRTHING IN ME. I CANNOT HOLD IT BACK.
WHAT HAS DRIVEN THE CLOUDS OF DOUBT AND UNBELIEF AWAY? WHAT HAS CALMED THE STORMS OF FEAR AND SELF-CONDEMNATION? WHAT HAS CALLED FAITH TO RISE IN ME AND GIVEN ME THE CONFIDENCE OF WHO I AM?
IT IS THE HOLY SPIRIT THAT COMES TO TAKE SANCTUARY IN OUR HEARTS. IT IS HIS FAITH THAT RISES IN US SO THAT WE CAN SEE HIS CONSUMING FIRE UPON THE ALTER OF OUR HEART, AS WE CONFESS, "MY LORD, AND MY GOD."
IT IS DEATH TO THE FLESH MAN, THAT HAS CLUNG TO IT'S OWN WILL AND WAY, HIS OWN UNDERSTANDING. THERE CAN BE NO RESURRECTION, NO CONCILIATION, NO TRANSITION INTO THE NEW LIFE, WITHOUT SUCH A DEATH.
IT IS A GLORIOUS RESURRECTION! AND OUT OF THE MOUTH SHALL PROCEED, "GLORY! GLORY! GLORY!"
FOR THE MIND OF THE SPIRIT, IS THE MIND OF CHRIST. AS WE COME TO WALK IN HIS SPIRIT AND TALK TO HIM IN SPIRIT AND IN TRUTH, AS WE COMMUNE WITH HIM BOLDLY IN THE GENTLENESS OF HIS SPIRIT___WE WILL COME TO KNOW HIM, AND IN THE POWER OF HIS RESURRECTION.___WE LEAVE BEHIND ALL THE ARTIFICIAL TRAPPINGS OF INTELLECTUALISM AND RELIGIOUS ZEAL___
THERE IS JOY AND PEACE AND FREEDOM IN CHRIST. AND IN THE TOUGHEST OF TIMES, HE STICKS CLOSER THAN OUR BREATH. HE IS OUR BREATH.
I MAY READ, OR EVEN SPEAK GOD'S WORD___BUT HIS WORD SPOKEN BY HIS SPIRIT IS THE EXCELLENT, THE MORE GLORIOUS WAY.
"I AM HIS, AND HE IS MINE. BECAUSE OF GRACE."

I HAD A SMALL PEBBLE IN MY SHOE THAT WAS MAKING IT VERY PAINFUL TO WALK. I STOPPED SEVERAL TIMES TO TAP MY FOOT, TRYING TO SHAKE IT DOWN OUT OF THE WAY, UNTIL I COULD GET HOME AND DISPOSE OF IT.

BECAUSE I WAS WALKING THE DOG, AND THERE WASN'T ANYWHERE THAT I COULD STOP AND REMOVE MY SHOE, (AT LEAST THAT WAS MY EXCUSE) I CONTINUED ON TRYING TO IGNORE THE OBVIOUS IRRITATION.

I'D BEEN SEEKING AND ASKING THE LORD TO GIVE ME HIS INTERCEDING HEART____WHEN YOU ARE NEARLY SHUT AWAY WITH HIM...AND NOT OUT IN THE WORLD, YOU FEEL YOU ARE NOT IN TOUCH WITH IT'S PAIN AS YOU SHOULD BE____ GOD FORGIVE ME____YOU GET INSENSITIVE TO THE NEEDS OF OTHERS.

THIS IS WHAT I THOUGHT WAS KEEPING ME FROM RECEIVING AN ANSWER TO MY PRAYERS ___

THIS IS THE PICTURE THAT HOLY SPIRIT REVEALED IN MY MIND CONCERNING THIS___

"JOY___LISTEN!  YOU PREPARED FOR THIS WALK, BY PUTTING ON YOUR SHOES___YOU DID NOT LOOK INSIDE TO SEE IF THERE WAS ANYTHING THAT COULD HINDER YOUR WALK. ___THE SMALLEST STONE CAN HINDER YOUR WALK WITH ME.

 

LOOK INSIDE!  LOOK INSIDE!

YES,  I SAID THAT SO YOU COULD COME BOLDLY BEFORE MY THRONE___

IN THIS I WILL COMMAND YOU TO REMOVE YOUR SHOES, FOR YOU WILL WALK ON HOLY GROUND ___ I WOULD HAVE YOU WALK IN MY RIGHTEOUSNESS. 

TO WALK WITH ME, TO INTERCEDE WITH ME___YOU MUST LOOK

FOR AND REMOVE THE STONES THAT MAY BE HIDING IN YOUR HEART.
YOU HAVE IGNORED THE STONE IN YOUR HEART, THINKING TO REMOVE IT LATER___

His Strength is Perfect

THE WORKMANSHIP OF HIS HANDS ___CHRIST'S ALONE

The sign that God is at work in us
is that He is destroying our confidence
in our natural virtues, (dying to self)

They are not promises of what we are going to be,
they are a wasted reminder of what God
wants us to be in and through His Son
Christ Jesus. __

We want to cling to our natural virtues,
while all the time God is trying to get us
in contact with the life of Jesus Christ—

His Life, His nature,
is a life that can never be described
in terms of natural virtues.

In our flesh we try to serve God
depending on our own good works,
our own goodness, and virtue __
of heredity or upbringing __

God does not take our natural virtues
and transform them, because our natural
virtues could never even come close
to what Jesus Christ wants.

No natural love,
no natural patience,
no natural purity can ever
come up to His Holiness.

But as we allow Him
to bring every part of our natural bodily life
into harmony with the new life God desires
to place within us__
He will manifest in us the virtues that are
characteristic of His Holiness through the
New Birth of His Spirit in us.

Every virtue we possess will then be
